HARD ROCK HOTEL & CASINO BILOXI ANNOUNCES OPENING OF
MACAU KITCHEN & FORTUNE PALACE GAMING AREA
Biloxi, MS (October 3, 2016) – – Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Biloxi is topping the charts again by adding another hit restaurant, MACAU KITCHEN 澳門㕑 房, slated to open on Thursday, October 27, 2016.
Macau Kitchen is the Gulf Coast’s newest hot spot to indulge in authentic Asian cuisine. Guests can select from a variety of soups and small plates inspired from several regions, featuring classic favorites like summer rolls, chicken ssam and kimchi. The Macau Kitchen menu will also feature several noodles and rice bowls including Seafood Udon Noodles, Brisket and Beef Pho and more.
“Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Biloxi already hosts a wide array of dining choices, including a steakhouse, a seafood restaurant, a mexican restaurant, as well as Italian and American cuisine. Macau Kitchen is now our 10th dining option here on property and will definitely add to the variety of flavors we have at the Hard Rock,” says Todd Raziano, General Manager of Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Biloxi. “Asian cuisine was our one missing element and we are thrilled to add Macau Kitchen to our portfolio of options.”
Macau Kitchen will be located inside Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Biloxi’s all new Fortune Palace gaming area, just off the main lobby and at the main entrance to the gaming floor and high limit room. Fortune Palace gaming will include an array of popular games including Mini and Midi Baccarat, Pai Gow Poker Progressive and Double Deck Blackjack.

Macau Kitchen will be open Sunday and Monday, 2pm-10pm; and Thursday – Saturday, 4pm-2am. It will be closed Tuesday and Wednesday. The Fortune Palace gaming area will be open 24 hours, 7 days a week.
A ribbon cutting will be held Thursday, October 27 at 3:45pm. Macau Kitchen will open to the public at 4pm.
